All event registrations, sponsorships, and ticket purchases support the mission and programs of the Eastern Shore Republican Women, and we greatly appreciate your generosity.

Refunds may be requested up to three (3) days prior to the scheduled event. Requests must be submitted in writing via email to esrwforum@gmail.com and include the purchaser’s name, event name, and proof of purchase.

Refund requests received more than three (3) days before the event will be honored and processed within 7 business days.

No refunds will be issued within three (3) days of the event, including for no-shows, due to costs already incurred.

All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Processing or service fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

If an event is canceled by ESRW, registrants will be notified and offered a full refund or the option to apply their payment to a future event or donation.
