Uniting Republican Women on the Eastern Shore

ESRW provides the avenue for women to influence policy, develop candidates, learn about the political process, and elect leaders in Alabama. We are a multi-generational organization that provides the structure and support for political activists and volunteers to learn, engage, and flourish.

The Eastern Shore Republican Women actively supports Republican candidates, while providing strength and unity for political action. We encourage Republican women to run for office and train our members to become effective Republican Party workers. Our organization believes it is important to inform both our members and the electorate at large through political education.

We ensure our members stay active not only by offering a source of year-round service for Republican women volunteers, but also by encouraging members to undertake special assignments and campaign projects beneficial to our party organization.

ESRW is the largest chapter of the Alabama Federation of Republican Women, and is also a charter member of the National Federation of Republican Women. We hold fast to the underlying principles of the Republican Party, a government by and for the people, and the belief that all people must be part of the process if it is to work effectively. ESRW supports working at the grassroots level and influencing legislation both in Montgomery and in Washington, D.C.
